The enigmatic Dark Watchers are a group of shadowy, human-like beings that congregate on the hills, ridges, and peaks of California’s Santa Lucia Mountains, as well as Arizona’s Mount Mingus and Mount Graham. Their presence is associated with a sense of observation, as they silently watch over those who venture into the mountainous terrain. These entities are generally non-aggressive and are most frequently encountered during the twilight hours, standing atop the peaks, and gazing skyward. While they possess an ethereal quality, their origins remain a mystery.
